Warranty and Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original parts.
To Return an item, please email customer service at Info@Invincibowl.com to obtain a Retrun Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address in the email with the RMA number.
Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process you return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days for the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns from items that have been used.

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Xymetric LLC. This Full Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Xymetric LLC.
WHAT DOES THIS FULL WARRANTY COVER?
This Full Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the length of ownership. During the length of ownership, Xymetric LLC will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS?
Xymetric LLC will replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. If the claimant is dissatisfied with the attempt to address the issue a refund will be provided.
HOW LONG DOES COVERAGE LAST?
The Full Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Xymetric LLC is the entire length of the original ownership.
WHAT DOES THIS FULL WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This Full Warranty extends only to products purchased from Xymetric LLC or an Xymetric LLC authorized reseller. This Full Warranty does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective (a) as a result of accident, misuse or abuse; (b) as a result of an act of God; (c) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Xymetric LLC; (d) by modification of the product; or (e) as a result of service by anyone other than Xymetric LLC or an Xymetric LLC authorized reseller or authorized agent
All warranties for the Invicibowl Screens are invalidated after the first use.
